1. How do I pay for my Order?

We accept the following methods of payment:
• BANK TRANSFER
• PAYPAL

***Our payment gateway is supported by PayPal. Please be noted that the default payment currency for our store is Hong Kong Dollars. Any credit cards in different currencies would convert the order amount to Hong Kong Dollars automatically at the checkout. The 2.5% Transaction Processing Fee would incur for orders involved a currency conversion.

2. Can I AMEND/CANCEL my order?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is final and not subject to cancellation or amendment.

3. How do I track my order?

Upon receiving your order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as another email with email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order.

4. How long does it take for delivery?

5. Will I be charged tax/customs duties on my order?

All prices are tax-free. Customer may be liable to pay for duties and taxes upon receipt of the item(s).
